  • Comment effectuer un retrait de cryptomonnaies ?

    To carry out a cryptocurrency withdrawal go to your "Dashboard" and select the balance of the currency you wish to withdraw. When you click on "Withdraw", you will be asked to enter the destination wallet to which you want to send your funds. Your withdrawal will be processed within the next 24 hours.

  • "Unpaid" balance, what is that?

    Your "unpaid" balances are those where your interest is credited every 5 minutes. These balances allow you to track your income in real time. Every 24 hours, the amount of the unpaid balances is transferred fully and automatically to your main balance. No transaction (withdrawal and/or conversion) can be initiated from this type of balance.

    To carry out a withdrawal in Euro, go to your Euro balance in your "Dashboard" and click on "Withdraw". You will be asked to indicate the account number (IBAN) to which you wish to send your funds. Your withdrawal will be processed within 48 to 72 hours maximum, working days. (This feature is only available to Gold and Platinum members).

  • Why can't I access certain features?

    Some features may be forbidden and/or limited depending on your validation status, defined by the account validation levels covered by your account. You can read about which operations are accessible to you given your validation status on your personal space or by clicking HERE.

  • Why do I have to provide my personal information? (KYC)

    Feel Mining complies with French and European laws. As a result, a request for identification documents is mandatory to comply with current regulations and allow you to invest safely in the cryptocurrency market. This KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure involves conducting an identity check of our customers in order to identify fraudulent transactions. To vouch for the acquisition of a cryptocurrency or sale transaction, Feel Mining is subjected to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act ('AML/CTF Act')

  • How do I get my account verified?

    In order to validate your personal information, connect to your Feel Mining client space and go to "Settings > My Profile". You will then be invited to create an account with our partner Synaps (or to log in if you already have one) in order to send your personal data securely. Their specialized service will complete the validation of your documents within 24 hours. (Feel Mining does not have access to your personal files)

  • How do I convert my interest?

    To convert your cryptocurrency, select a balance on your "Dashboard" and click on "Convert". You will be asked to indicate the currency you wish to convert into, and the amount to convert. You have 60 seconds to validate your request. (This feature is only available to Premium, Gold and Platinum members).

    NB: This tool is only a service offered to our users and is in no way a real exchange platform, the values of cryptocurrencies are instant values of the prices on the markets updated every 5 minutes. Fees may be applied in the case of Crypto/Fiat conversion.

  • How do I add a personal Wallet address?

    To register your cryptocurrency wallet addresses, and/or your bank details, go to your personal space in "Settings > Wallets / IBAN" and add your wallet according to the (cypto)currency you wish to withdraw. You have the possibility to specify a label for each address so that you can easily differentiate your wallets. You can add up to 5 different addresses per (crypto)currency.

    Les frais appliqués au moment de vos demandes de retraits de cryptomonnaie représentent les frais de réseaux inhérents au fonctionnement des réseaux blockchain et servent à enregistrer les transactions dans le registre blockchain en question.

  • J’ai perdu l’accès à mon application 2FA, comment puis-je retrouver l’accès à mon compte ?

    Lors d’une perte d’accès à votre application 2FA merci de nous contacter par mail à l’adresse [email protected] afin que nous puissions mettre en place la procédure de désactivation de votre connexion à double facteur. Un questionnaire vous sera soumis à des fins sécuritaires pour s’assurer que vous êtes bien le titulaire du compte dont vous demandez à retrouver l’accès.

  • What is the function of a Masternode ?

    A Masternode is a network node that allows for validation of transactions and secures a blockchain registry of a given cryptocurrency through a software hosted on a dedicated computer server.

  • How does it work?

    This system relies on the Proof Of Stake (POS) protocol, it requires the installation of a computer server and the allocation of a specific amount of cryptocurrencies (specific to each type of Masternodes) in order to function. This amount of selected cryptocurrencies is called the Collateral, an essential requirement for the proper functioning of the Masternode. In return for this initial investment effort, the person providing the network with a Masternode is rewarded with Rewards (income) calculated according to the ROI (Return On Investment) of the Masternode.

  • What is the marked price?

    In "Simple" mode: The price displayed is linked to the purchase of your Collateral (75-80% of the amount) and at the rate of your server's installation service. In "Expert" mode: The price displayed corresponds only to the rate of installation of your server. The Collaterate is provided in addition to be able to activate your Masternode contract.

  • When will I receive my first interests?

    In "Shared" mode: your first income is credited within minutes of validating (payment) your Order. In 'Integral' mode: your first income is credited within 48 hours of the activation of your contract.

  • what does ROI imply?

    The ROI is a value that represents the annual interest rate of a Masternode, just like a traditional financial investment. The interest (Rewards) is calculated according to the amount of Collateral added. However, it is important to note that this ROI may vary over time depending on the state of the Blockchain network, and therefore its value cannot be guaranteed.

  • How often will my interests be credited to my Feel Mining account?

    Your interest is credited every 5 minutes to your Feel Mining account in your "unpaid" balance. Every 24 hours, the amount of your "unpaid" balance is transferred to your main balance.

  • Can I terminate my Masternode contract?

    Masternodes contracts have no minimum commitment period, and you can cancel them at any time from your personal space in the "Contracts & Orders" section. You can do this by clicking on the contract details. Your Collateral will then be refunded to your Feel Mining balance in the currency of the subscribed Masternode. You will be able to withdraw your cryptocurrency as it is or convert it into the currency of your choice prior to withdrawal.

  • I do not have a Wallet, can I still invest in a Masternode ?

    You don't have to own a wallet to start investing, as your earnings will always be credited to your Feel Mining account and a balance will be created for each new cryptocurrency you invest in. However, we recommend that you regularly transfer your cryptocurrency to an external personal wallet in order to keep its control exclusively. The safest solution today is to keep your digital assets in "cold wallets".

  • How are the 5% service fees charged?

    Service fees will be withheld when your "unpaid" balance is transferred to your main balance every 24 hours and will be recorded in your transaction history. These fees allow us to ensure maintenance, server hosting costs and our work in managing and redistributing revenues.

  • How long will I get interests?

    Masternodes contracts do not have a fixed term. You will receive your income as long as you keep your Collateral blocked in your Feel Mining account (except for Sinovate Masternodes which cannot be operated for more than one year).

International hosting

  • How does an International Hosting contract operate ?

    International hosting contracts are fo a 2-year renewable period, with a minimum commitment of 1 year. Once your machine has been transferred to the operating site of your choice, you will receive a production statement at the beginning of each month detailing the costs/income items for the period elapsed. Your income will be credited to your Feel Mining account after expenses have been deducted. As the energy bill is directly deducted from your gross production, no rent is applied.

  • How much does Hosting cost?

    No rent will be charged, the subscription of an international hosting contract is subjected to the single regulation of a package of shipping by equipment covering the following expenses: transfer to the desired operating site, entry taxes, custom fees, supply of connections, installation and commissioning. The energy bill is then taken out each month, directly on the gross income production of the mining equipment

  • What fees will I be charged?

    A service fee of 10% is withheld from net profits. This fee covers the provision of our services including management, monitoring, and maintenance of the hosted equipment.

  • Could I please get my Machine back?

    Your machine, which is hosted by our services, belongs to you and you can of course ask to get it back by requesting the termination of your contract, Please note however, that a notice period of 3 months has to be observed (excluding the commitment period).

  • Can I mine the cryptocurrency of my choice?

    You can request to change your cryptocurrency by simply sending a request to our support team, who will proceed with the switch on the 1st day of the month following your request (as long as the same algorithm is used)

  • Will I have access to my machine?

    Remote access is not possible for security reasons related to the network infrastructure. Nevertheless, you can visualise your machine´s operating status in real time on your client space, and you can track the history of its computing power (hashrate).

  • What is Cloud Mining?

    Our Cloud Mining offers are aimed at those of you who want to rent some of our computing power (Hashrate) in order to generate mining revenues, just as if you actually had a mining machine at home. Through this system, you do not have to worry about the related constraints, such as the purchase of the equipment, its size, installation, optimisation, software updates, maintenance, energy costs and environmental inconveniences such as heat and noise.

  • What does 'TH/s' mean ?

    The computing power, or 'Hashrate', is measured in hash per second. This means it represents a unit of measurement used to quantify the mining power of a machine working on a cryptographic algorithm. There are several units of measurement: 1 TH = 1,000 GH = 1,000,000 MH = 1,000,000,000 KH, etc.

  • How often will my rewards be paid out?

    Your interest is credited every 5 minutes to your Feel Mining account in your "unpaid" balance. Every 24 hours, the amount of your "unpaid" balance is transferred to your main balance.

  • Will I be charged any fees?

    Our Cloud Mining contracts are costless, the income generated by the computing power allocated to you, are fully reallocated to you. Energy cost is already included in the original fare.

  • Would it be more profitable to buy my own mining equipement?

    Purchasing your own mining machine might seem the best choice in the long term when you consider the "price/hashrate" ratio, but Cloud Mining would not exist if it did not have its own advantages. Cloud Mining is a service that has been created to respond to a set of issues, some of the most important ones being the material constraints, high heat, noise pollution, frequent essential maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement of defective components, updating of mining software, etc... There is therefore no real answer to which offer is best. Before choosing, you need to identify your needs and limits in this field of activity. There is no "good" or "bad" solution, simply the consideration of whether or not to subscribe to a service.

  • What is Staking ?

    Staking is a process which consists in keeping cryptocurrencies in a wallet in order to participate towards the security of a blockchain network, and receiving rewards in return.

  • How does it work?

    This protocol is based on the Proof Of Stake (POS) concept, the deposit of a cryptocurrency amount (often of your choice) in a specific wallet and the deployment of a network node (computer server) executing an algorithm [which allows for a random selection of the node that will be defined as validation]. This allows to then distribute rewards according to the "staked" amount. Some additional factors may also contribute to the selection process, which is not always random.   • I already have tokens for these cryptocurrencies, can I transfer them to my FeelMining account to collect rewards?

    You can deposit your cryptocurrency in your Feel Mining account and let us manage it to produce Staking revenues. You just have to select the cryptocurrency of your choice on the Staking page and click on "I already have the tokens". The deposit procedure will then be sent to you by email and your Staking contract will be activated within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of funds.

    (Validation of the "Expert" status will be required to access this functionality)

  • When will I receive my first interests?

    Your first revenues will be credited within minutes after the validation (payment) of your order. If you have brought in your own cryptocurrency, revenues will be credited after the activation of your contract upon receipt of funds.

You will be able to withdraw your cryptocurrency as it is or convert it into the currency of your choice prior to withdrawal.
